  • She Looks Beyond Nutrition. Stress is often the hidden barrier to healing. Meg has found that for those with chronic gut issues, healing is incomplete—or even impossible—without addressing stress. She works with you to tackle the "elephant in the room" head-on.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching Intensive Package FAQ:

  1. I’ve already spent a lot of $$ on my health, I’m scared to spend more! Meg understands what you’re going through—she’s been in your shoes! The purpose of the 4-month program is to dive deeply into all aspects of your health, using clinically valuable testing to uncover root causes and help you reach your goal of feeling your best. This investment reflects not only the time and expertise she dedicates to your journey but also serves as a commitment to your own energy, effort, and accountability throughout the process.

  2. Why don’t you take insurance? Meg no longer practices as an insurance-based dietitian. Due to the significant energy she invests in each private client and the comprehensive support she provides beyond standard clinical nutrition, her services are out-of-pocket only. Unfortunately, insurance only covers dietitians for clinical nutrition services on a per-session basis. Meg is dedicated to offering her clients unmatched support that goes beyond a structured session. Super bills and HSA/FSA spending options are available—feel free to ask!

  3. What’s the time investment to work with you 1:1? Meg recommends that clients begin with weekly sessions and transition to biweekly sessions around the halfway point. Each session lasts 30-45 minutes, with the initial session being 60-75 minutes. This program follows a "you get out of it what you put into it" model, offering clients the opportunity to message Meg on demand, access nervous system resources as often as needed, and watch on demand nutrition topics and lessons. Additionally, clients receive complimentary access to the NOURISHED membership community, which includes a monthly live group office hours call & group breath work call.

  4. I’m a fellow dietitian/health coach, is this right for me? Meg has worked with numerous fellow health experts to support their wellness journeys, including other practitioners. She strongly believes in the value of being supported within a dedicated container by another provider.

  5. I’m looking for support of a like-minded community, would this be a good fit? Absolutely! As a 1:1 private client, you’ll gain exclusive access to the NOURISHED community—a supportive group of like-minded women—along with monthly community group office hours & breath work calls.
