Healthy Chocolate Cherry Milkshake

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries

  • 1/2 large or 1 small banana 

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauli

  • 1/3 cup full fat canned coconut milk + 1/2-3/4 cup filtered water

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Ancient Nutrition Bone broth protein)

  • 1 T cacao powder 

  • 1.5 T chia seeds (recommend soaked for easier digestion)

How you do it:

  1. Throw it all in a blender (make sure high speed!)

  2. Top with cacao nibs or chocolate gluten free cereal for crunch!
