Healthy Chocolate Cherry Milkshake
What you need:
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 large or 1 small banana
1/2 cup frozen cauli
1/3 cup full fat canned coconut milk + 1/2-3/4 cup filtered water
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Ancient Nutrition Bone broth protein)
1 T cacao powder
1.5 T chia seeds (recommend soaked for easier digestion)
How you do it:
Throw it all in a blender (make sure high speed!)
Top with cacao nibs or chocolate gluten free cereal for crunch!
