Mediterranean Salsa

The perfect healthy gluten and dairy free dip for your summer BBQs or potlucks!

What you need:

How you do it:

  1. Coarsely grate the radishes, mince the garlic

  2. Finely dice pepper, cucumber, tomato; chop parsley and mint

  3. Combine all veggies in a bowl and toss in juice of the lemon and olive oil; add salt and pepper to taste

  4. Serve with chips and devour!

Tip: This is even tastier when made the day before and left to “marinate” overnight! Goes great as a salsa topper on chicken or fish!

Makes many servings!
