Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

Looking for a dreamy ‘dessert for breakfast’ recipe that will nourish your gut and wake you up (without the sugar crash)!?

So long Starbucks! Nourish and fuel yourself with my Pumpkin Spice Latte smoothie! Perfect for the fall season and packed with fiber and FLAVA!

What you need:

  • 1 scoop bone broth protein (I used Ancient Nutrition pure; for sweeter use vanilla)

  • 1/2 c frozen cauliflower rice** 

  • Handful of greens

  • 2/3 cup canned pumpkin

  • 1/2 banana or 1 date

  • 1 T ground flax 

  • 1 T drippy almond butter

  • Splash or ~1/4 cup of organic coffee (recommend Purity brand)

  • 2 T full-fat canned coco milk + 3/4-1 cup almond milk 

  • Heavy shakes of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice 

  • Optional - pinch of clove and cardamom- SO GOOD for digestion!

How you do it:

  1. Throw it all in a high-speed blender

  2. Pour into a glass or bowl to eat with a spoon and add your toppings of choice
