Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie
What you need:
1 scoop bone broth protein (I used Ancient Nutrition pure; for sweeter use vanilla)
1/2 c frozen cauliflower rice**
Handful of greens
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 banana or 1 date
1 T ground flax
1 T drippy almond butter
Splash or ~1/4 cup of organic coffee (recommend Purity brand)
2 T full-fat canned coco milk + 3/4-1 cup almond milk
Heavy shakes of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
Optional - pinch of clove and cardamom- SO GOOD for digestion!
How you do it:
Throw it all in a high-speed blender
Pour into a glass or bowl to eat with a spoon and add your toppings of choice

A crumbled No Sugar Pumpkin Muffin
Sprinkled with Tigernut Granola
